What safety standards are you experienced with?
We have extensive experience with ANSI Z21.88, Z21.50, Z21.97, Z21.60, CSA P.4.1, CSA CGA 2.17, CSA C22.2 No. 60335-2-102, ULC-S627, UL 1482, and UL127.
What is rapid ceramic prototyping?
Rapid ceramic prototyping is a new digital process for designing your fireplaces ceramic elements. We can design the features around your fireplace for a perfect fit and review in virtual reality. The design can be refined before sending to your ceramic manufacturer, saving time shipping costly prototypes back and forth for modifying.
What file format should my design be in?
We accept various file formats, but STEP files or Solidworks files are what we primarily work with for manufacturing. For Ceramic Features we primarily work with OBJ and STL.
Can you help with design or modification of 3D models?
How long does it take to complete a project?
The time varies depending on the complexity, size, and chosen technology. With our expertise, we can help plan out a program to keep on task and use our skill to out pace your competition.
